New Toys

Today I finally received my new external flash which should have been delivered last week in time for last weeks special celebration shoot. I sold my canon EF-S 18-55 IS lens on Monday so I treated myself to a grey dappled backdrop, to my amazement it arrived today so I thought I would have a play with my new flash and set up the backdrop. It's much nicer than my free backdrops. It will be just the job for my golden anniversary shoot, they want lots of formals and there's no plain walls. The lighting in the hall is awful so will be taking my strobe with me and all being well if it arrives in time I had enough money to buy a softbox complete with stand.

Having all this equipment is like a dream come true.
