Come on in - the dust's lovely and warm!

A dust bath!

Beside this roadside dust was an equally warm puddle and the birds flitted between the two. They scattered occasionally, when human beans came too close. Like the man who approached me as I was hiding behind a wall, lens peeping out, and loudly asked me why I was photographing a puddle :-(
Bless him though, he was lovely, and by the time he'd told me about seeing a red kite once in Builth Wells, the birds had all gone away.
I'm reminding myself that connections with others are always worthwhile, and we shared a genuine joy of enjoying the birds... Which has to be good.

And, tomorrow, some lovely family are arriving early in the morning, for a different kind of joy!

I'm blessed. And full of gratitude.

But missing commenting. Back with vigour before too long.
