Friends

I recall a friend quoting her own mother when she was heading out as a young thing on social dates, 'Conduct yourself with dignity Anne-Marie!' The pals enjoyed a pleasant walk in the neighbourhood today. We have been friends for many years and we are all different in our own ways and that is just one of the things which makes us enjoy each others' company. We are all now within five years of the magic 60, one or two of us just tipped over the other side, but we still manage to avoid being dignified unless absolutely necessary!
