Hot today Keith did some painting first thing for some one. i did some house work. after dinner we took molly but she got too hot so we brought her back after we had a sit on the beach.

The me and Keith went out on our bikes for about half an hour. Had a cup of tea while we were having tea we sat and watched people and that many nearly walked in to the bikes either they were looking at the bikes or not looking where they were going

We saw these two at the other end of the sea front either they had done 2 much sun bathing or as Keith said they are used when some one has been murder to mark out where the bodies are.

we are home now watching goodnight sweet heart once again
