Aloe splendor
Arriving at the art class, this aloe begged to be blipped.
For the sake of easy and quick capture any class related matter, a convenient p&s is carried to fulfill this obligation.
On leaving, two hours later, a praying mantis was sitting close to the top of the aloe, having lunch!
Some fly had over estimated his presence, and became disillusioned when Mr Mantis decided that it was lunch time.
I took a few shots of this ever so delicate consumption, but the p&s was not really up to deliver a close-up, the way I like it. It came out a bit too hazy.
So, for today - Aloe in its lovely winter splendor!
