Broccoli and Stilton Tartlet

Oh yes, more baking going on in our house today! The pastry was a bit crumbly so instead of making one nice big tart we made 6 lovely small tartlets, super.

They taste good too.

In other news the GF has been offered an interview for an exciting job so we now have everything crossed and are doing what we can to get as prepared as possible.

And my cold is getting better :-)
