Eggs and Socks on a Painted Floor

We've six hens and a duck. All have been laying daily for the last week, or so, and we're thrilled! Its nice to have enough eggs for our table and to give to friends.

These are my favorite socks -- just right for a middle-aged school teacher, eh?
