surely East Anglians could do it in the '60s.

And they did!
Technically they are Ziggurats, but we're not going to split hairs here. I first saw these when I came down here in my final year at school, I thought about UEA, but ended up in Edinburgh. They are brilliant though, and I remembered them all this time too.
