Carys had a temp of 39 over night and ended u in the sparebed with Daddy. Not sure he got much sleep as she loves to snuggle and she felt like a ball of fire last night. She is slightly better this morning now the neurofen has kicked in, but we won't be going far today.

She has spent the morning colouring pictures and reading books to William. I think he is slightly under the weather too. He is very clingy and happy to sit on my knee doing nothing for ages, which is very unlike him.

Hoping for better tomorrow. THis is one of the roses in my garden by the way. The 'drought seems to have done them no harm as they are more abundant than in previous years.
