The long walk back

This is taken from the beach right next to Torness power station. Was an incredibly beautiful day - even saw 2 surfers out enjoying waves that looked fairly big to me (don't look very impressive in this shot admittedly).

Was down there with a walking group set up to support people with long term mental health issues. Am really impressed with the practical help that is given in the community - fresh air, companionship and a non threatening environment in which to talk. And it all seems too little - and a long lonely road to recovery or not for those afflicted.
