2 OF THE 10

Today I managed to get back to the 400 mtr lane down town where the Giants' exibition is under construction - I was marvelled seeing how all the items are handled with care and precision by young craftsmen and shovel-drivers. And it's nice to see what pieces of the puzzles are put together.

I watched and I blipped and then when about to move on I saw 2 Chines men and a White man. Ok two of the sculptors whose works go on show here next week and their interpreter. There are 8 more sculptors who contribute to this exibition. Here and there I saw them taking care of their babies in coöperation with the craftsmen.

I asked one of these two men in the blip to note their names for me and they asked in Chinese whether they could do it in Chinese for me.... if only I'd mastered that language, but no in European letters please. The girlfriend / wife of one of them noted the name for me. I'd said I'd look up on internet to see what would be revealed about their works and the woman told me 'lots, but be careful'

Back home I put Google to search for the Chinese name Liu Tianhua and only found websites telling me Liu Tianhua is a common family name and THE Liu Tianhua of China is a composer of 20th century music he died at the young age of 36 yrs). NOthing about sculptors bearing this name.
Next week surely their names will be published in papers etc. Now I put them here in blip and next week I should add a blip of one of the sculptures cause they are VERY NICE !!

I found the names of both artists => the man on the left hand side is named Liu Jianhua and the sculptor on the right hand side Cang Xin
