Take 2 on the bike

And I accumulated a twin sister on my bike ride. However we may have had a slight disaster in that pumping up the tire i managed to make a massive hole in the inner tube and if u are keen eyed caused a rapid flat tire. Tho on the exercise front i did run home after the disaster so wasnt a complete lost cause. Oh well 3rd time lucky maybe.
