Summer in one day

Opened the curtains this morning and the children were drawn to climbing onto the windowsill and gazing outside... what was the attraction? Blue sky, not even blemished with the smallest of clouds! My husband and I joined the admiration and felt as though we were witnessing an historical event! It felt good.

How very British to comment on the weather!
