Old Recipe Box

My old recipe box has been with me for over 22 years of trusty service. It has been taped, glued, stapled, and taped over and over again. A treasury full of family recipes of mine and those handed down from my mother, mother-in-law, my only sister, sisters-in-law, cousins, and women friends. Memories of old and new, good times and bad, all shared with fantastic and delicious meals on our family table. I could never part of it. It will grow old with me and will be an heirloom to the next generation.

My family's old time favorite Chicken Curry will be on the table tonight.
