Whats Behind me

I was looking round the town today, near the Old Post Office in Dunedin, after being at the gym. It appears that the building is going to be turned into a luxury hotel but for sure it wont be happening any time soon. I took quite a few images but nothing jumped out at me then I saw this bloke walking down the street looking high and low and found his behaviour quite interesting.

It got me thinking...........

Whats he looking at? Geez I hope King Kong isn?t right behind me!!!!
