The Weeknd - Do It

It's been a while since I blipped, as per usual. I'm not seeing Estefania anymore. It was my decision and definitely the right thing to do, but it still really sucks. So things have been a bit crazy here. Do I say that every time? I had a lot to say, but nothing I type feels right. I'm at the stage where I'm basically over it or at least as over it as I'm ever gonna get.

Things are really good though. I'm slowly packing up all my stuff, looking for a new apartment in Madrid and tying off any loose ends at work before I leave. I got some cool news the other day that the guy I was competing with for the job in Madrid, and later spent a crazy drunken night in the city with, also got a job there! So I guess I'll be taking a little bit of Scotland with me. I'm really looking forward to starting this new job, but there's so much planned before that too. My sister is graduating from St. Andrews in a few weeks, so I'll squeeze in one more trip over there before I leave the UK (for good?). Then I'll go to Athens for my summer holidays. I've renewed my membership to the Ekali Club, so I'll spend most of my time between the pool and the tennis courts. I can't wait!

This is an informal Burns Supper, informal because it's a couple weeks late (I think?), that one of my students parents organized. I've been to a few, all very different, and they're good fun. This was no exception.
