Dancefloor

Went along to a fundraising event last night (back late, hence this is a backblip). Anyway the event, halfway down Leith Walk was for the Finiola Trust, raising money for a young woman from Edinburgh who has cerebral palsy. She attends a college with special facilities in England, there being no such places at all in Scotland. So it's also about raising awareness of that too. A busy night, with a few local celebrities - ex-footballers from both Edinburgh teams, and the local MSP, Malcolm Chisholm, as well as a variety of entertainers from a magician and a mindreader who worked the tables cabaret-style, to a three piece local band, a disco and, top of the bill, a Michael Buble tribute act. Lots of dancing all night - this is a picture of Finola herself having a great time on the dancefloor.
