Go Wild In The Country
Every now and again, when they need , we pick and supply wild garlic to 2 restaurants in Aberdeen. Cafe 52 and The Sand Dollar Cafe. Wild Garlic has a more subtle taste than regular garlic and the leaves can been eaten in a salad, as well as for cooking. The flowers make a nice garnish on wild garlic soup.
MMMM delicious.
This is the wild garlic growing in the spot where we pick it
