Summer has arrived in the UK, and I'm pleased to say that I managed to bring some warm sunshine back from Santorini.

So, what do we do when the sun comes out... Flash up the BBQ and open a cheeky bottle of wine or two. Oliver is always keen to help with the BBQ as shown here.
