Golden Vines

We went into Polkobin today (Hunter Valley wine area about 50 minutes from Newcastle). The weather was glorious. I stocked up on some Verdelho from Audrey Wilkinson vineyard where this photo was taken. Yum yum, this vineyard is one of the older ones in the Valley. This view is looking out over their vines to the north. I was hoping they would be all coloured up but I was told that they turned very quickly this year because of low rainfall (we apparently got it all on the coast). There was just one section of golden leaves.
