back-blipped

Another lovely day today. Up at 6 again and had breakfast before getting ready to go swimming. The pool was busy and we had to wait to get into the learner pool! Once we were in Amelie enjoyed the fact it was so busy and loved watching all the children playing and the other ones having their lesson in the other half of the pool. She did a lot of walking about and was even putting her face in the water, copying Dadcu. She then started to climb the steps again which she likes to do but was a bit quick for Dadcu and ended up walking too fast away from him and slipping on the wet floor. A little upset, we encouraged her back in only for her to be sitting onthe edge with Daddy and then running away again. It was time to come out. To be fair she hadn't had snack and it was coming up to nap time. We got her dressed (much easier with help from Nana) and she drank her milk and ate her cereal bar. Another mission to keep her awake in the car on the way home, and she went down easily for a sleep. We ate brunch and gave Amelie lunch when she woke up before going for a walk to the pub (yes, the one we take everyone to!). Amelie had a great time on the swings and in the park bit they have and she loved walking about in the huge grass area beside where we were sitting. She made friends with a little boy called William and we met another little Amelie!
