Blowin' in the wind

Up on Stiperstones we came across this patch of cottongrass bobbling about in the wind. The views up there were breathtaking. Apparently fluffy heads of cottongrasses were once used for making candlewicks and they can also be used for stuffing mattresses and pillows.
