Kilcrohane Market

Just hot foot back from the first ever Kilcrohane market. This is a local initiative to promote local produce and talents. It was great! The sun shone, there were about twenty stalls selling everything from lobsters to new potatoes, plants to ceramics, Thai food to home baking, face painting to fiddling and of course - some very good cards!! The atmosphere was wonderful as people spilled out form Mass ready for a bit of craic. Lisa and I pitched our stall next to the pub (good move) and we did brilliantly!! We will be back!

We have friends coming round tonight so a pizza and berry compote have to be made, and the conservatory table cleared of trays of mini plants for we shall eat out there. I will have to catch up later :)
