Like the field poppy the other day, this is a cornflower I planted myself - although unlike the poppy which was a seed, this was a young plug - I had totally forgotten all about it, so it was a great surprise to find it this morning!

Weather wet & cold - how can dripping hot suddenly turn into shivering cold & just over night? I haven't been feeling to well today either & only took a dozen or so photographs, so am glad this one came out ok... & of course, yes, I saw him, I saw Larry Legs & he looked swell! :)
