A Thorny Subject

After a late night of Come Dine with Me noshing it was a lazy start chez LIF. The usual chores were completed and then, despite the grey gloom outside we ventured off on a walk up the hill. I was glad I had my mittens in my pocket as the wind was coming from the North and very icy. Flaming June, I laugh in your face ;)

There are loads of wildflowers growing in the hedgerows but it was a wee bit windy to get any decent shots. So we have the thistle, not yet fully grown, but look at those spikes!

Home and defrosted, Roast dinner in our bellies. What more can you ask for?
