Dipping Hell

Some very tired girls for breakfast, many just coming in slippers and pjs.

A wee bit cooler today and some football fun, the u13 v the coaches , u15 v the coaches and the the squads against each other.

Big pack and tidy up, then off up the road.

As we travelled North the temp started to drop and the rain started. After the tour court hearing last night some of were sentenced to a dip in the North Sea.

Arrived at a 8 degree Bamburgh beach, the rain falling, mod scooter rally, cricket wicket being dried and swept.

Pack lunches handed out, swimming gear looked out and off to the beach.

I was in the second group and as we came through the dunes saw the hoodie crew jumping the waves. It was cold and windy.

Our squad did not fancy it but decided to go in soaking all their clothes, I went for a swim, it was warmer in the water.

A mass drying and change with much heavier bags now.

Back home, great tour with the football girls, very little football but loads of fun.
