Wooden Mouse Thing

I honestly don't know how I came to own this. I think it's meant to be a mouse. Or maybe a cat. It's been sat on a shelf in our house and the house before that for as long as I can remember. I swear it just appeared one day.

Spent the afternoon with friends over a the Coast. That also gave us a chance to pick up our old interior door lock that I had experimentally left in a bucket of caustic soda over at my garage. It's pretty potent stuff! About 80 years worth of layer up layer of gloss paint gone in a matter of hours! Can't wait to do the rest of them now.
