Bon Voyage

We booked our cruise when we first arrived in Vancouver last August and have been counting down the days ever since. Having experienced Vancouver's weather over the last 10 months I was praying, but not hopeful, on having a sunny day for our cruise departure.

Thankfully our wish came true.

Embarking on the Celebrity Century was a pain, but that was more down to the Port of Vancouver and around 4000 people split between the 2 ships that were leaving all trying to go through American customs at the same time.

Once on board, the pain of security and customs was all forgotten about and we set sail bound for Icy Straight Point, Alaska at 5pm.
