Wheel of Fortune

A lucky hand bets on the Wheel of Fortune. How lucky? Not so, I see a pile of coins on the table.

Each year, come June 12th, our town celebrates Charter Day with a fiesta. A carnival is set up at the plaza a couple of weeks before. Carousels, a ferries wheel and game booths dot the paths to entertain and entice you to spend money.
