Orzo Salad

Oh glorious sunny day in Seattle! Finally. It's been a unseasonably cool spring and we have been seriously lacking in sun up until now.

Made the orzo salad from Super Natural Everyday - but used a grains mix and tossed with broccoli pesto. Jer grilled a gorgeous mackerel for dinner.
