The company was set up by two of my Great-Uncles in Christchurch, New Zealand in 1890.

The younger one had just returned from a few years working for the family glass and iron works in London and they decided to set up a pickling factory


Really pissed off by the quake this morning - there is no escape - even away at my mother's place!
