Retail therapy continued...

Hmm, I'm obviously meant to be about 6 inches taller than I am so I started taking up the trousers from the other day. After leaving a message for my Mum to call and tell me what I was doing wrong with the sewing machine (it's her old one) and unpicking the dodgy stitches it began to make a weird whirring sound. Fortunately I managed to catch the smoking foot pedal before it did anything to my carpet or worse and I'm just trying to get rid of the smell of singed electrics!

Time to admit defeat and head to work. Have a lovely long weekend everyone and think of me as I'll be working all through it :(
