Shimmy shimmy!

Heidi's dressing-up wardrobe. About a week ago I was over-the-moon having moved this little cupboard to the 'den' and made it all look pretty. All play-things were put away neatly, and Heidi'd been making full use of everything since.

Then yesterday's rain. Suddenly Heidi runs in to inform us that the den carpet is wet and there is water dripping everywhere. Dripping... - gushing more like. Carpet soaked. Furniture soaked. Toys soaked.

I was ok with it all yesterday - survival mode kicked in, and I was out in the rain on the flat roof diverting rainfall and syphoning away puddles. Today I am deflated. But cheered up slightly with the memory of li'l Heidi in Turkey, shimmying away in her belly-dancing outfit.
