Monday's. Usually a boring start to another week. How you look at day to day life has been yet again reinforced as cruical to making the most of life.

Lucky to see a Red Kite soaring above Culloden this morning and watched Bottle-nosed dolphins cruising just offshore from Nairn beach this afternoon.

Rounded off by a suprise training session with 'Rescue 100' the S-92 Coastguard rescue helicopter from Stornoway tonight at Coastguard team training. Finished off the day with some exercise, 50 lengths swimming at Triathlon club. Mondays...
