Twilight

Bit of a dull day today. A rainy Monday after a half term weekend with a bank holiday. The traffic was very bad this morning.

Grey skies and wet weather. Not good.

After supper I was wondering what to blip - maybe a still life? Suddenly I glanced out of the window and the sun had come out - just as it turned bright red.

Now I know I have told myself not to chase sunsets but this time.... I would only go the the spots I have identified.

The plan sort of worked. I got this shot and but I also took this one and this one.

Having thrashed around in the bushes for a while, it was only as I was driving home that I noticed there were several much better spots. Next time....
