Damsel fly

I have been off today as Monkey's school has a teacher training day.

Was fortunate to catch this Damsel fly, there were 3 of them but they didnt stay still for very long, had to creep up from behind the pond wall to capture this.

This afternoon, the Monkey and myself have been out with my mum, she wanted to go to Jimmy's farm, but didnt know where it was.
It is about an hours drive from our house to the other side of Ipswich to his farm, we had a bite to eat in the restaurant, Fred took some photos of some baby chickens, although this is not one of his pictures, Fred waited outside the farm shop whilst my mum and I went in for a look, to keep himself amused whilst he waited he found a stick to play with which we had to bring home.

Back home now, Lauren is home from school with her friend and they are all watching Scooby doo - the Movie, with lots of laughter coming from the front room, (if you have seen the film you will know why!)
