Yellow flag

I've seen this yellow flag (yellow iris) on a number of my little walks near my village. I've been going walking on a morning before work as part of a kick start to a healthier lifestyle. I'm always too tired to go when I get home.

I went walking armed with my camera today and I'll be doing just that tomorrow too. I decided on a shot with shallow DoF to put the background out of focus. I think my composition needs a little work but I couldn't stay too long.

The hectic life continues, off out tonight for a friends birthday meal. I think I've the house to myself for the next two nights though, and no plans (fingers crossed).
