Breakfast of Champions

Ingredients:

- small handful of flaky cereal (I use Tesco Special Flakes or Harvest Morn from Aldi)
- dollop of non fat natural yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt if you're feeling naughty)
- tinned/fresh fruit (I use sliced peaches in a light juice or pineapple)
- handful trail mix
- honey
- splash of milk

Method:
Put a small handful of cereal in a bowl. Cover with a dollop of natural yoghurt and top with fruit. Sprinkle over trail mix and drizzle with honey. Add a splash of milk if desired.
