All in the presentation

1. The sun is shining as I make my way to Edinburgh. When I get there I walk to find where I'm going and it's already too warm for a coat and the streets are busy with tourists.

2. I give my presentation and it's a really good experience. The Board seem delighted and my bosses are happy, I think. The preparation is hard but when there are good things to say and you know the facts inside out, there's good things to be found in speechifying. I do love a presentation, me. I'm my fathers daughter.

3. I am pretty giddy all afternoon - the sun and the relief at delivering the presentation take their toll. Our car arrives for tomorrow and we slope off into the sunshine early.

4. We sit with fizz and make smoked salmon linguine. An early start in the morning means a slow evening of bag packing, flask filling and outfit preparation.

5. This is the Little Red Monkey. Cute as can be.
