Award Winner
I blipped the class of 2010, GCSE II, when the whole Afrikaans Language class got distinctions, now we've received an official press release from Cambridge, as well as the award for Zani, she was the best student in Afrikaans First Language, worldwide, and don't make the mistake to think there are only Cambridge Schools in South Africa presenting Afrikaans, there are many Cambridge accredited schools worldwide presenting the subject.
In the picture: Zani Engelbrecht, with her award, and our Headmistress Carolina van Heerden.
About Cecile and little Johan:
Cecile's parents had a meeting with the neurologist today and he says she will almost certainly make a full recovery, but it will be a long process! She cannot sit yet, she falls over and will still stay in ICU for a period of time, and will be moved to a normal hospital ward for a while, where after she will most probably be moved to a Rehab centre.
Little Johan is not on the ventilator anymore and the doctors are satisfied with his condition, he will hopefully not be in ICU for long anymore!
Thank you for all your support!
