Let me just check the diary again...

We are almost always very booked up at work & sometimes it's impossible to drop everything to help customers who turn up unexpectedly. However, some customers have discovered a way to increase their chances of assistance.
Bribery!
Biscuits, chocs & booze all seem to magically open up space in the diary, somehow. The biccies & chocs get demolished pretty quick smart, but you'll be suprised to learn we have a more restrained attitude to boozing at work! Therefore our cellar is coming along nicely!
