Cycle

After the horrible downpour today and the thunder had cleared I went for a cycle tonight with Andy. It was supposed to be a small 15km cycle but ended up as a 46km mega loop. The sun had come out, we felt ok in terms of fitness and thanks to cycling I get a nice rest from thinking. For some reason when out only bike my mind blanks which is nice. So all of these meant at every opportunity to continue or turn back we chose to continue.

In my head I could hear forever young (the original one not the mr Hudson one)
