Calm...

Was late in from work tonight and ended up walking for three hours, I didnt realise how dark it was until I got in! Roo was remarkably well behaved, the training is going well and instead of looking for ways to cause trouble, she is actually listening to me is not so keen to dash off on a 10 mile run leaving me worried silly!
