Dolphins

Not the best picture, but it was taken from the balcony of our room on the 3rd floor.

Therry went for a swim in the sea and was in the outdoor pool when I spotted this pod of Dolphins. there were about six or seven of them.
They were clearly rounding up breakfast.

Eventually I managed to attract Therry's attention and get her to understand what was going on.

She rushed back to the shore and swam out a little way but not too far..

It was a fantastic thing to see on our last day.

We pottered about Petrcane, drinking coffee and eating ice cream until lunchtime, when we caught the bus to Zadar. From there we got another bus to the airport.

At the airport there was a big thunderstorm approaching. The wind got up and blew all the large metal umbrellas over in the outside part of the cafe. They were substantial enough to have caused serious injury if they'd hit anyone.

Fortunately no-one got hurt and we helped collapse them all and lie them down so they wouldn't blow over again.

Got back to Stansted about 19:00 and got picked up by Therry's mum and taken back to their house.

Great to see the doggies and ferrets again after a week.
