Over beer last night, a friend and I were discussing this dilemma. Do it quick (and cheap), or do it right. Of course, doing it right, is, well, right. But, who's going to pick up the bill?

We all want it done right, but we all want it cheap (as in rent). In my heart I'd like to think the leaders here have the citys' best interests in mind, but I think the (political) reality is they will take the path of least resistance, both in terms of price and political capital.

That's what you get for having a TV personality for mayor. All talk and no substance. We got what we voted for.
