Possets

Fabulous evening - some friends round for a dinner party, good food, great wine... I'm especially delighted with the dessert - my sole contribution: lemon posset, with caramelised peaches and cardamom shortbread. Little vessels of joy - even if a certain someone did attempt to take out the first in line!
