Ben
When the tide goes out far enough, the Thames's foreshores turn into beaches briefly. You can get down to them along the South Bank. That's where I found Ben Baker painting.
He was happy for me to take a couple of shots as he sheltered from the drizzle. He even told me how he would drop smaller drawings of people into his riverside landscapes - a sort of sketcher's Photoshop.
Made me feel a bit less guilty about doctoring out the raindrop in this shot. Can you spot it?
