Yay!

Last spring I planted expensive peony bulbs and nothing ever came up that summer. This spring I saw life where I had planted the bulbs and what do you know, one of my peonies has bloomed already. I was under the impression that peonies spread, but are one single plant. Does anyone know anything more about peonies?

Double Yay! Yesterday was the first time in 5 years Eau Claire has hit 100*F or higher and our A/C doesn't work, but the service tech is coming out this afternoon to fix our problem. Yay our furnace is still under warranty! Yay for A/C! Although it is coming late... tomorrow is expected to be a high of 70*F. What a jump!
