New Suede Shoes

I had a bit of a detour on my way home from work today. Someone is leaving the project I am currently on so there was a bit of a drinks do after work. I found the venue ok but on the way back to Waterloo station I took a completely wrong turn so was a wee bit later home than expected so after my 2 G&T's I splashed out on some crisps for dinner.

Anyways I did get a pic of a nice view of Waterloo station but then I got home and found a package on the door for me.

I had mixed views about this. It was raining during the day so the package was wet - one hand - raging!
I was so excited and pleased with my purchases - new shoes and 2 new tops/blouses that I was glad the items were here and not back at some depot/ post office location.

Obviously had any of the items been missing/ ruined or completely nicked I'd definetly have been livid!

Today was better than yesterday and think the fact I have this horrific cold from Steve has just amplified every annoying little thing.
