Red Red Soil

One thing I have noticed in my time living here is just how red the soil is.

I remember when we first moved out to Dunbar we went for a drive up in the Lammermuir during the winter and I was amazed how all of the snow seemed to be stained red from the soil.

Anyway this field around the back of West Barnes just reminded me of that time.
